NESL Tracker app for iPhone and iPad

This app provides members of NESL, North European Sailing League, the possibility to assist in start procedure as well as tracking of the sail race.
The app will report the position of the device as well as roll, pitch, heading and speed.
In order for the roll and pitch to report correct values the device should be positioned in a portrait position.
The values are sent to a server that collects the data, which can be viewed live in a separate web solution.

When you hit Connect the device will establish a connection to the server and once the right status light, in the top right corner, turns green the connection is established. When the connection is established the device begins a synchronization procedure with the server and once in sync, the left status light in the top right corner turns green.
If connection is broken the two status lights turn red and a procedure to connect and synchronize automatically begins.

You can enter your start number in the race either before or after you connect, but your data will not be shown in external clients until you enter your start number.
